To be honest 5 yrs in this clime and general abuse of pipes by heat may be better to spend 15k at makro on a replacement with a warranty

Rubish....to esxpenssive to marry washing machines.....downpayment is nearly too much...upkeep expensive and the disposal costs are real real high.

A bit of lube and some fresh rubbers and the thing will last at least 5 years more.
