Norway Tourist Visa For Thai Girl?

I am in Norway and have a girl I know in Thailand. I will not be able to visit Thailand in the next few months but want the girl to visit me next month for a week.

What would be the procedure to get a visa for her? She does not have any income tax returns nor a sizeable bank balance. I can send her money for ticket and stay (maybe $4000-5000?)

Any advice would be appreciated!

The biggest concern of the Norwegian embassy will be that she's not going to leave Norway at the end of her holiday, so you might have to convince them of this.

Thanks, but I am not going to be in Thailand at the time she applies for her visa. How can I talk to the embassy? Will phoning them in Thailand about her visa help? She has a 5 year old daughter in Bangkok, will that help convince them she will come back?
