My AIS experience

I have been an AIS (BB Plan) subscriber for nigh on 8 years. I recent discovered something strange - my balance was decreasing by about 12B per day. I only noticed this because I just just phanbhat onto my mobile, with a balance of 53 Baht. Two days later. the balance was 979.53. Hmmm

Seemed that I (unknown to me) signed up for a scam service.

Warning - check your balances!.

The telephone number of record is 4887800 the company is http://aplaymusic.com. AIS says there is nothing they can do about this (I wonder....)

HOWEVER - they did refund the funds taken for the last 30 days (says that is all they can do). Seems the net balance taken was over 273B.

Not the end of the world, but... times 100 or 10,0000 subscribers???

I have aske3d AIS management to get back to me. High hopes....
