Asus Nexus 7 (2013)

Featured Replies

16 GB, Black, WiFi only is 8,600 THB at most shops here. 32 GB, Black WiFi only is 9,400 THB. 32 GB black 3G/LTE is 13,000 THB.

Am I right in thinking that I can get the Nexux 7 (2013, possibly LTE??) or Samsung Tab 8 easily in the shops in BKK. Currently in Chiang Mai and none too sure about availability.

Hi. I have been today at MBK and I could not find the Nexus-7 2013 WiFi + LTE 32 GB. I asked at many shops, and one of the sellers assured me that it was not in stock at any shop on MBK (they all go to ask somewhere else and they come back after few minutes).

Lazada doesn't have the LTE model. Anyone know where can I find it? Perhaps at Pantip Plaza?

ps:

I also found this deal for 10,600 THB but they say that it is not in stock anymore.

I'm curious about this too. Did you manage to get your N7. Was divided between the N7 and Note 8 and think the Note 8 will be better due to the larger screen for my needs. But would like to hear your experiences.

I've asked everywhere in BKK, from MBK to the durian markets, and I couldn't find the Nexus 7.

I finally bought it from Lazada for 7,608 THB (WiFi only). Delivered in just 2 days.

ps: I'm very happy with it!!

I bought an Asus FonePad 7 (K012) from Banana IT in Roiet about 3 weeks ago. It cost 4190 baht and included a 8gb micro card. It automatically upgraded to Android 4.3 and works beautifully with a brilliant screen and fast system. This is a 2014 model, not the 2013 described above.

I can't praise it highly enough plus I got my vat back when leaving the country. Do a web search for Asus K012 or fe170cg.

The best part is that is dual SIM and therefore operates on 3g in Thailand and U.K. as well as normal WiFi.

I'm leaving for BKK from Chiang Mai on Friday so its a bit too close for mail order. Shall just have to scout around and see what I can get I guess.
