The longer this goes on goalless, the more I wonder if Mexico will nick it. Holland looking disjointed.

I'd say the opposite Wooloo. I think Holland could nick it from Mexico, as to me it's been Mexico's who have been better in the first half. Don't know whether it's the heat and humidity that is benefitting Mexico but they look the sharpest.

I've ulterior motives, mrbojangles. If Holland get knocked out, particularly goalless, then Robben and Van Persie are effectively eliminated from the Golden Boot award.

This is my particular interest in this competition, if you know what I mean.

game over 2-1 sori harsh but mexico's own fault, dropped deep at 1-0 far to quickly, did the dutch keeper have a save to make, or even touch the ball in the last 30 plus mins ?

Bladdy told you. That really was nicking it. Unlucky Mexico

What a great footballer Dirk Kuyt is to have around, played all a x the front line for liverpool and probably the same for the Dutch, now he's in at l/b for them, and didn't do a bad job there in the last game. truly amazing footballer.. Real shame,, actually no it's truly shocking given the level of investment, our academies cant seem turn out such 'complete' players.

edit just thinking the bbc reckon its l/b , but i thought blinds playin there, but anyway!!!

Seems you're not alone with your opinion.wink.png

Better to ask the players what they think....no real issue here....and its only for games where the temp has gone through the roof....I'm sure the medical teams will be happy to see it.

Unbelievable, started at l/b then went over to right back and ended up front, and did a decent job in them all!!!.

yep, no dounbts the players needed it, but it's definitely b a game changer. Maybe Teams should be allowed to have bottles all around the edge of the pitch and be allowed to get a drink when they need one..

Pepsi or Bud?

Sent from my SM-N900T using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app

Nicely displayed on an Adidas bag. Maybe have a bite to eat whilst they are it with a McDonalds. Or better still, an Hyundai could constantly drive round the pitch with the refreshments all neatly laid out in it's new roomy boot

If Holland meet Argentina, I fully expect Robben to be on absolutely top form.

facepalm.gif

hate him or love him,so far there ain't been many better forwards in tourne'..

Robben's gonna end up a bit like ISIS in Iraq. His reputation (for diving at the first touch) will terrify defenders into running away from him!

He's net bad for football
