Left the appplication in todayat eh UK visa outsourcing centre. We had to leave our evidence folder for examination by the embassy.

How long does it take to get this back? Is it posted or do you have to collect?

Any experiences welcome.

BTW the application was pretty easy and was over in 4 hours including a small interview, will include a full report that may help others after work tonight.

We are still waiting for an answer on the application

They send the original documents back to you, times vary as mine were sent by post. 5 days in all from start to finish, however as I said times will vary depending on individual applications I would have thought?

I wish I had thought of that, the truth of the nick is very simple I used to have a dog called Bruno!!!

So depending on how long the embassy take in making the decision we will eventually receive our evidence back through the post. Nice one that is a weight off, as I could not find any mention on the ukva site about this question

Now is the waiting game, it is no problem as we have just waited six months to finish this application so whats another week or two? Piece of cake methinks.
