The direct debit still not work after one month, soon I leave Thailand for a while because the farang summer is calling and still find a way to pay the bill for true h from outside Thailand

When I click on pay in true I service bill application always close automated reinstall not help!

There is another option pay for others that maybe i can use

But need something like my passport number to pay?

Is it possible to visit true hq in Bangkok direct visiting around 4 big true shops and non of them over last 3 years was able to apply direct account debit of monthly bill!

Do you have the true I-service app installed on your phone? If yes you actually can pay through that with credit or debit card.

I bought a iPad yesterday.

I asked about a 'Contract' so I could pay monthly by Direct debit and was told Only If I had a Work Permit.

I am retired so no work permit.

I cannot be first person who has had this problem.

Is there a solution ?

Not really. You can go for a prepaid plan, which you would need to top up on a monthly basis. Requirement for postpaid is usually a work permit. Sometimes it depends as well on the branch I guess.

Maybe try True at Siam Paragon. I heard they sometimes do exceptions.
