Colombia, I feel, have the best chance of causing an upset. They have the player of the tournament so far (Rodriguez) and individuals often win World Cups (Rossi in '82 is the classic example, Ronaldo in 2002, perhaps, plus some Argentine guy whose name escapes me in '86).

Brazil are vulnerable; they didn't play in the CONMEBOL qualifiers, in which Colombia finished a close 2nd to Argentina, so Brazil knows even less about them that Uruguay, who couldn't stop them.

Yes, beating the opponents of all 3 lost finals (Spain 2010, Argentina 1978, West Germany 1974) in 1 tournament would be a very sweet revenge. One down, 2 to go.

The bunch of players they have are on average not the most talented and are with 3 exceptions very inexperienced as well.

I think they performed above expectations of anybody, whereas the position of the Germans, Brazilians and Argentinians was more or less expected.
