Hello

Some advice if possable would be great.

My wife is applying for a SET M Visa in August.

We have or gathering everything but the kitchen sink again to justify our existance.

The only pieces of paper we can't get is the Utility bills as we are living with my parents in Northumberland, but working in London. We stay with friends and in cheap hotels through the week.

My parents are going to write a cover letter for the utility bills, but will this be enough?

Cheers

I assume you mean she is applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain using form SET(M) and you are talking about the documents to show that you have been living together during the last two years.

Utility bills addressed to your parents will not do, you have to provide documents addressed to you and your wife or both of you jointly. Ten for each of the last two years, covering the whole period. They do not have to be utility bills. See the list of suggested documents on the form. If you cannot get enough from the list, then any sort of quasi official letter etc. will be ok.
