K1 Support Form

I have completed the support paperwork for my thai fiance (for the K1 visa to U.S.). I sent her the support form and the supporting documentation so she can take that it with her other paperwork when she heads to embassy. Will they accept the support form from her? She has a copy of the orignal with public notory stamp. Any guidance would be aprreciated. She also wants to use a visa service but I keep telling her that we can do it ourselves.
