They certainly did not check the larger long-haul boats. And as everyone would have already known when it was going to happen it makes, just like inspections are always known in advance here. So itll find exactly what we'd expect..... nothing. We have probably all read of first person accounts of the interment and killings of migrant workers in the fishing industry... Wonder who received the under the table money on this report?
