PATTAYA: -- In the early hours of Wednesday the Banglamung District Licensing Unit was out in full force and checked a fun-fair in North Pattaya and a selection of Bars in South Pattaya’s Walking Street in search of licensing irregularities and illegal drugs.

The raids were led by the Chief of Banglamung District, Khun Sakchai, who began the night at a Fun-Fair located on the Naklua Road in North Pattaya. Officers converged on the location and found a Beer Garden which did not possess licenses to sell Alcoholic Beverages.

They also found 6 people under the age of 18 who were consuming alcohol at the location. Action against the fun-fair organizers has now been initiated.

Oh My MY.... Important stuff in the bigger pattaya picture... clap2.gif

Did they notice any prostitution offences?

With all the money these people make, you think they would get a bloody cheap license.

From the picture in the OP it seems there was really some FUN to get at the FAIR.

Looks like I'll have to pay a visit to the "Fun Fair".

So, they don't shut down children's activities but have, apparently, have banned any adult fun completely !

At a fun fair? I think your imagination is running away with you!

Any Walking Street bar that allows visible prostitution on its premises deserves to be raided. But most stay well within the law.

Oh please guys, grow up , the oldest profession in the world will never be banned.

But pleased to see under aged drinking & drugs being checked.

No problem with ladies of the night but very much against girls of the night.

Very surprised to see this crew out so late at night though, but keep up the good work

No it isn't, it's regulated.

Did they notice any prostitution offences?

"in search of licensing irregularities"

of course not - no licence because it is illegal anyway, so does not happen in Thailand.
