Is the Saturday parade from Narawat Bridge starting at 8 am or 4 pm as I've seen both times advertised ?

I've been told it starts at 9AM at the bridge; however, just checked a few websites and there are three times mentioned. Two sites indicate that the "opening" ceremony starts at 8AM so perhaps there'll be the usual yakking (speeches) from the review stand "starting" about 8AM. I put "starting" in quotes as nothing much seems to happen precisely on time.

Edit: Just checked the municipal website and there's a banner there (all in Thai) which says the opening is at 8AM on Saturday the 7th. I'm still guessing that this is the slated time for the speeches to start and the parade itself will start at 9AM or after. I'd note that there'll likely be some dancing and other minor events in front of the reviewing stand (where officials sit) during the alleged 8AM starting time.

Yes, from the bridge to Thaepae Gate, south to Katam corner, and then west to Buak Hat Park. Probably closer to 4 kilometers.

ive no idea but heres a list of all the events at thaphae gate but as cmbob says

the thai times that events actually happen can be way off

The above probably applies to the program at Thapae Gate. Doesn't mention the parade.
