Motor X Or Scrammbler Motor Bikes

Featured Replies

Hello Folks

I live in the BAngbon area and have been trying to find a motor bike other than a pizza delivert type.

Does anyone know where i can find a moto x or scrammbler in the area and do you know if they are a reasonable price.

Thanks again people

How long is a piece of string basically.

They are very difficlut to find, especially the likes od a Honda CR, or a Yamaha YZ or the like, and are priced well over what you would pay at home.

You can occasionally find something like a Honda 250 Baja for sale at one of the bike places around.

If you google search bangkok big motoorbike shops, you will find a page on the Bangkok Riders site with a full list of all the decent bike shops in town.

Regards

Just be warned that any 'proper' motox bike needs thorough maintainence, to stop things wearing out and going wrong. If you want to trust a local to do that at anything under 'seriously expensive,' then you will have problems.

A 4 stroke trail bike is the best you could hope to run around on.

Motox bikes are designed for tracks and bottomless wallets. Trust me!

A few years ago, i used to ride a Honda CR 250. Had to change the pistons and rings after every 8 hours of riding, or after each race weekend!
