PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN — A 36-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly scattering screws on a main road in Hua Hin in an effort to bring more business to her husband’s tire repair shop.

Sneaky people, these Thais. :)

Breadcrumbs till the shop.. Follow the screws :D

Reminds me of Chaplin's film "The Kid." The kid walked around throwing stones at windows and seconds later Charlie walked by with a new pane to install...for a price, of course.

Thats 1 way to drum up trade.

Ohh you have a puncture come this way my husband can fix for you clap2.gifclap2.gif

On one of the islands, a repair shop was caught putting screws in tires when you brought your bike in for other work.

Bike's fine.

Cherrio.

Off you go, down the road, with a wave and a big smile from the repair guys.

Ahh, <deleted>!

Back to the nearest shop.

Their's. wai2.gifwai.gif

They were switching out good parts with junk and syphoning gas from the tanks as well.

Integrity.

Directly across the road from the local Police Box I might add.

The shop is still there.

Woman arrested for making nail road traps

Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan:- Kesarin Channiam, 36, felt sorry for her husband and son that their punctured tyre repairing shops had little number of customers as tyres in Hua Hin rarely burst or were punctured these days.

So, Kesarin came up with an innovative idea to bring customers to her family’s shop instead of simply waiting for an act of God. The plan prompted police to arrest her Tuesday afternoon.
