I live in Pattaya but would prefer to find somewhere quieter for Songkran. Is Koh Chang or possibly Koh Samet a good place to spend a week to avoid Pattaya's chaos ? We would just want a nice hotel (3,000- 6,000 Bhat/day) range where you can relax rather than deal with the frenzy in Pattaya. Thanks
