Yes. Where are you? Most large towns have a Center for Karn Suksa Nok Rabop (Kor Sor Nor) or Education outside the system centers. They usually run in the evenings and on the weekend. You can get high school equivalency at these centers and the qualification is accepted if you wish to extend your education to university.
