I was chewing on that thing for a while. April 20, 201510 yr I have no idea what the legal system is like in New Zealand, but if this incident happened in the USA, McDonalds would soon be contacted by the law firm of Ketchum & Cheatum and presented with a list of physical and psychological hurts suffered by this lady, and a request for monetary renumeration.
