External hard drive problem.

I was using my new External hard drive on Mac Air. Then I erased and format the hard drive on Mac Air.

Now I want to use this external hard drive on my PC. Now the problem is this. My PC can't detect the external hard drive.

How can I fix this problem. I want to use it on my PC. Please kindly advice. Much appreciated.

Download and install the free EaseUS Partition Master and run it. It should see it and format it for Windows.

Click on "Download" and not "buy" as "Download" is the free edition which will work fine.

I had the same issue with wd portables, have a look at this guys tutorial, it worked on both my hd's one that i kept for a year and couldnt find how to get it to work untill i followed his instructions
