best url to download chrome

I have a new MBpro with retina and a few weeks ago I downloaded chrome for mac from a website that I cant remember.

I'm unsure if the version I have downloaded has a bug but it seems that 2 windows of chrome open up sometimes at once after logging onto the laptop. Tonight after launching chrome the small arrow was not displayed when using the trackpad and I could not click on the https//www. field Its happened a few times. I think that I should uninstall and try again and thus seek your answer to my question.

Chrome browser should always be downloaded from Google -- https://www.google.co.th/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

Check your startup settings. Maybe a Google background task is opening up a second window.

Should be pretty straight forward ... just google chrome and download for Mac ....

I am also using Mac... you may need to change some of the preferences under where it says Chrome on top left corner at top of screen... Perhaps delete previous version if you have already installed ....(but try preferences first, to see if you can sort the problems)

Until recently I have been a Firefox fan, but they seemed to have screwed a few things up lately...
