I don't see the connection between the "condo owner" and the gate. The condo owner owns the condominium unit, colloquially called the condo, he is letting to the OP but he doesn't own the gate. The gate is part of the so-called common area of the condominium building and thus is jointly owned by all owners of condo units. It is the management of the Condominium Juristic Person, ie of the condominium building, that deals with the necessary repair and or replacement of damaged items in the common area, not an individual condo owner. -

Printer Paper "letter Format" 8.5x11 Inches
-just buy a paper cutter the one for $349 baht on SHOPEE it works great and gives me a lifetime 8.5" x 11" paper instead of buying upto 750 baht here in thailand, requires a little time here but don't we old fogies have plenty time? -
