CityNews – Police arrested a 16-year-old boy from Lamphun after a number of temples had reported donation boxes stolen.

Over the last few months, temples have had donation boxes and other valuable items stolen at night time.

After reporting to the police, one temple provided CCTV footage that captured a young boy stealing the donation box.

The 16-year-old boy was then traced and arrested. He admitted to his crime and told police that he did it with his friends.

Most temples empty these donation boxes out at the end of the day, especially if they have had a lot of people visiting. The most you might get in them on a normal day is 200 - 300 baht, maybe.

Did the police award themselves the reward money?

Again...

Wow....

As I said before, I have 17 year old and a 14 year old boys.

I tried to keep them with us in Patong to take over our company.

All they had to do is learn the business so when my wife gets in her late fifties, they are trained to western critical thinking standards as a hotelier, bar owner, and masssage owner.

The old adage, Can you make a jackass drink?

Now both my boys can not come back to Patong. They did some dumb things back home which requires micro management. I really feel so sad when young Thailand represents the future.
