I am not impressed with those who boast how little they know about ThaiVisa and other posters. It is embarrassing how focussed people are on their own little fiefdoms and their egos. The pettiness, the putdowns and the constant bickering, along with the lowbrow toilet humor make this a very disturbing topic to read through. I can see why those who are not directly involved may not have the stomach for it.

I didn't start this current poll but I have set the plan going forward as follows:

As far as I'm concerned, that's the plan which I intend to implement, unless some other member decides to take over (a coup) or some kind of directive from management. (They who must be obeyed.)

Yes canuckamuck (who started this current poll) and I have communicated about this already and he is good with not implementing the later polling.

I will add there is a strong feeling here that the polls going forward should be allowed to stay in the GENERAL FORUM.

The DEADLINE for this current poll is Thursday December 17 at midnight.

Then we will have our TOP 20 members.

If there is to be a change of plan and/or implementer before then, it would be beneficial for that to happen BEFORE that date and time.

Because if not, I will go forward as per the plan.

I've got a big Expats Ladies Lunch today. More time to campaign. You won't believe how many ladies lurk on ThaiVisa, but don't post (out of fear of shark attacks) Even about what should be benign topics like "where to find a dry cleaner in Chiang Mai" Even those type of topics can get ugly.
