Dr. Sam Chachoua -- legit alternative treatment for HIV and cancer or quack?

Featured Replies

Australian Dr. Sam Chachoua was on the popular political U.S. show, Real Time with Bill Maher talking about his alternative treatments for HIV and cancer.

Normally, I would think quack, quack, quack, but I'm just not so sure.

Perhaps people would like to view this and share their opinions.

This guy has quack written all over him! There's not many things I would take Dr. Oz's word for, but if even he calls "Dr. Chachoua" a quack, I think we can take that to the bank.

By the way, according to latest reports, Charlie Sheen is back on his normal meds.

I saw him on Maher as well, JT. I don't understand the who/why of the attempts on his life.

I don't really get the Dr. Oz relevance. Many people call him a quack. What difference does it make what he says? I think the Cedars Sinai background is the interesting part.

I wish they had explained that. I can't easily find the story of that or if it's related to his theories or not. As he operates south of the U.S. border, it might be totally unrelated.

I admit he surely sounds like a quack but the Maher publicity means a lot of people will be looking harder at his claims so I thought, why not here too?
