Where to find furnished Houses in Chiang Rai?

A friend of mine is looking for property in Chiang Rai but being in Bangkok, he can't just get in his car and drive around town to look at some deals.

Can someone recommend a website or two please?

Just Google for houses in Chiang Rai and the first three or four sites are pretty standard. ThaiVisa Classifieds shows up in the search as well. Easy as can be.
