Nice to show comparisons in price.

Now, maybe you would like to show the comparison with buying direct from Heath Farm.

So can you buy in bigger packages or only 200g .

have been buying from them at 550baht/kg

That sounds cheap , I do not see any web shop available at this price?   199 baht for 200 gram is all I get.

Reduce it to 400 THB kilo and I'll be interested.

In the small packages, 250g, but bought by the kilo.

I haven't bought any for a while but I can't believe their prices have doubled since I last ordered.

Edit: I can see what has happened now. When you go to the website it is Heath Farm. When you click on purchase it takes you to Passion Delivery. Looks like a price hike for distribution rights or something.

Won't be buying any more then.

Rob, the owner of Heath Farm is a good friend of mine. I don't believe he has ever sold his cheese at this price as it is

below the cost of production.

For the price we sell it for at Passion Delivery, you won't get better quality vs price. Sure you can get cheaper cheese but the quality will be totally different. Just go to a supermarket like Villa, Gourmet or Big C and check out the prices of the imported Stilton, Reblechon, Wensleydale Cranberry etc and you will see how much better our prices are for the same quality. The only cheese that is more expensive on our website is the best selling Vintage Cheddar which has been aged for between 2-3 years and is hand made with premium quality milk.

Of course, everyone has a choice to buy or not, it just depends on an individuals prices vs quality priorities.

I find it very disrespectful what is going on here. Cudos to Passion Delivery for keeping their cool and staying professional.

It is one thing to agree or disagree on pricing , but to go around and claim that before it was a lot cheaper ( true or not true doesn't really matter at this point ) and now because of the price adjustment you wont be ordering anymore?!

If find the prices reasonable...despite if it was higher or lower before. If you don't agree with the prices, just move on...don't make a big stink about it. Show some respect to a business trying to give a service to the farang community in Thailand.

Not at all disrespectful. Just asking about prices. I can promise you that I bought this cheese at the prices I have stated. I am only asking why there has been a nearly 100% mark up. Also I have never knocked their service.

I can only imagine the reaction if we found out on Monday that the price of a visa had doubled.

Heath Farm makes excellent cheese, it used to be very reasonably priced, until they farmed out the distribution to Passion Delivery, and Sloans. My friend talked to Rob directly and he got Sloans to lower their price to about half way between what Heath Farm use to sell, and what Sloan originally had it advertised for. I just got a kilo of Vintage Cheddar for ฿800, about double what you pay at Macro for cheddar, but the Macro cheddar tastes like processed cheese compared to Heath Farm. It is well worth ฿800 for good cheese.

We would all be shocked. Of course that would be if you could verify the price had doubled. It would take more than some guy saying he get his half price last week with no proof.

I pay around 450 baht for 1 kilo  imported Gouda cheese  from Holland. Good price . I think locally produced cheese in Thailand should become cheaper if the market is there .

You may wish to look at post 12.

That is now 2 guys saying the same thing. That is double, in case you didn't know.
