Hi, If I were you I would hang on a bit as one of the largest shipping companies in the world Hanjin has just gone effectively belly up. If they cannot secure funding (which is unlikely) there will be a shed load of boxes (shipping containers ) up for grabs.

 

supply and demand should drive the price down quite a bit

Did you find a container?  Im looking for a 20' so I can move all my gear from Pattaya to Saraburi.

I spoke with the principal of Container King Thailand.  Excellent web site with clear pricing. The company was able to invite me to see the stock in Bangkok and even see a container that arrived last Friday in Buriram.  English is spoken at Container King Thailand.  from their web site: "Container Kings is a Thai / UK company that specialise in all kinds of container projects"
