I think you might be surprised how expensive this is, though.  I couldn't justify the price for my project, and went with slate-effect ceramic tiles at a fraction of the price.  I also couldn't find anyone in my area with experience laying natural stone which helped sway the decision.

Is Sakon Nakhon too far ?  If not, let me know & I'll get you some details of outlet here.

Hi , thank you very much for your reply.

I think it might be a bit far as i have to get it to Sri Chiang Mai close to Tha Bo and i need about 280 sq, m.

I would appreciate it if you could find out what they charge per sq, m, then i can decide if it will pay me to get it with the cost of transport.

Thank you very much.

Udon Thani road to Nong Khai about 7km along the way . Big granite , marble , stone warehouse . Slate is stacked in the front divided in 2 colors , pure black and mixed . Many other shops also , but this is the biggest i know of in Udon . As i remember correct , a few years back it was 7 to 9 baht /kg , and you do need quite a few of it .

Normally  it is not expensive , or not more then tiles ( and yes the cheapest ones ) . You need more labour and more cement and simply more time as you need to puzzle a bit but it isn't expensive at all .

Hey, I agree with sezze, having slate-effect ceramic tiles would not cost you more as Oxx defined it, It is true that you need to have more amount of labours and cement for doing the work well. I would like to suggest you to take some guidance or some helpful hints from professional paving contractors like concrete contractors rockville md. Or you can also visit the official site:- http://capitalpavingconstruction.com/   of asphalt paving pasadena md, they will surely guide you in a proper way.
