Purchasing Сompany with Nominee Director

Featured Replies

Hi everyone! I want to start a company in Thailand without relocating to the country. So, I need to purchase a company registered in Thailand with Nominee Director on a long-term basis.

It would be great if someone will provide me with this service or at least help with advice.

Thank you in advance,

Sergey

Unless you are American or Thai you can not own more than 49% of a Thai company.

Using nominee directors to bypass this restriction is illegal.

Just so you know.

I have a thai registered company
I've set up a thai registered company with foreign part owner
Company has been registered about 3 years no debts or liabilities
I believe these types of companies are even harder to set up now due to changes in thai law
Initially I set this up to buy and own a business in Thailand however plan changed I'm living in Melbourne.
