Laying concrete on existing concrete.

Featured Replies

I need to lay concrete on existing concrete to allow a fall for flooding problems. Minimum thickness 25mm (1 inch) Max 75mm (3 inches) Are there any bonding agents I could buy in Thailand? Or a better way to get a bond?

Lanko 751. Splash a bit on the existing concrete and mix a bit in the new mortar.

Thats what most people use but I think TPI M400 could be used as well and that comes in a 20kg ready mix bag

I'd also roughen up the old concrete a bit to ensure better adhesion.
