Anyone know where I can get these type of concrete blocks?

I tried in the Isaan forum, but no one knows.

 

I looked for a thread on cement/concrete blocks I thought I saw long ago but search showed no results .

Hollow block all strength, hard break, cement saving, and fast, with TIS no. 57/1990 and 58/1990 for weight bearing and other respectively. Many in sizes for all demands i.e. 19.0 X 39.0 X 7.0 cm., 19.0 X 39.0 X 9.0 cm., 19.0 X 39.0 X 14.0 cm., and a 19.0 X 39.0 X 19.0 cm.
