Hello can anyone out there tell me if the land office in Hua Hin/Cha am are one and the same, or do they have seperate offices, or is there more than ? in the Hua Hin area

While I have never been in either office, Cha-am and Hua Hin are in different provinces. My guess would be that you have to go to the respective provincial capitals, Phetchburi and Prachuab Khiri Khan.

There is a Land Office in Hua Hin, it's quite near the Vana Nava Water Park.

I'll move the thread to the Hua Hin Forum, for more localised knowledge if you need to ask anything else.

I could be terribly wrong (what a blame that would be ): but doesn't every district (Amphoe) have it's own land office?

It'd definitely not the case that you have to go to the province office for every affair (only for very "special" matters?).

As far as I know there is a strict assignment of the land and the office responsible.

Both our district as well as the neighboring district have land offices (both small upcountry districts).

This is supposed to be the location of the Hua Hin district DOL:

Edit: overlapped with previous post.

The link shows the office near "Nava Vana".
