Blue pipe is 30 meter from my land,,,no problems laying 2" pvc pipe,but no house on land just getting ready to build,a Thai guy said you just go to or bor tour and buy water meter 280 bht,I'm sure he then mentioned something about can't get water meter if no house number.

Anyone clarify any of this?

Well in our province that is the case no official numbered address given no water meter, no electric meter.

We bought water and electric from neighbours until local Gov inspected and gave us an address.

Rubbish,  go out and  buy your own water meter from Thai watsadu or wherever then call head  of  village for connection. Our rural land has many places with a meter and theres  no  houses on the land as they need the water for irrigation purposes only

Apparently can do the connection myself ,,will check if or bor tor will sell us meter if no,will then try to find water meter somewhere else ,, if not possible will just stick a valve on my land to turn off and on as needed and free water till they give us meter......up to them as they say:)
