It's a what if scenario, that can't be answered. With that what if scenario, I'm assuming USA, RU and maybe CN would still be intact as it was pre 1939. EU & ME would be ruled by Germany. Jews & Israelis wouldn't be part of either. Only question, would the new Germany morph into some type of capitalistic democracy after Adolf & buds regime. In which case, it may have been a better option to leave Adolf to it. Well, except if you were not part of his plan. Because today, the EU & ME, are places I wouldn't consider retiring to, or if younger, raising a family there.
