December 14, 20169 yr I got a refund from a Ebay seller. Usually the money goes into my bank account through my PayPal account. This time it went into my PayPal account and was marked pending. What's the story this time. Why isn't it going into my bank account.

It usually takes 3-5 business days for the money to become available in your PayPal balance.
