Once in awhile I get this warning light of a fuel pump (same as fuel warning) with some little things below that do not register with my old eyes. It does not light when the key is turned on. Only when it seems the engine is under a load.

My guess is it is a water sensor warning. The Isuzu cab 4  3.0 has 228,000 km on it. Been through the Isuzu shop for every required service. My guess is it is time for a fuel filter change. Why was it not changed on the service?

Am I correct?

Your more than like correct filter change. You should enquire about same and change.

I have noticed that Toyota don't check the filter unless you ask them to do so. Don't even at service intervals. Think they should check every 40th service change at 8/90th if not before. Have looked at mine around the 40th and it's black and dirty then. I get it done every 40th it only cost pence so why not.
