Hi I have Honda click with green book and I was thinking to buy one more (new model) without green book and use it for parts or better to say use my green book to "rebuild" or put on green book of my old one.. anyone has experience .. or know how to do it legally ???

Not a problems as long as the Chassis Number and Engine number are the same as in the Green book and the colour is the same

Most scooters which come without greenbook are stolen. If you’re using a motorcycle/scooter like this to upgrade your old scooter you will have a difficult time explaining your innocent.

In the UK this is called ringing and is against the law, clearly the one with no book is either stolen or has finance outstanding.
