As I don't live in Udon, one of the few that I know personally is Thai Watsadu on the eastern side of the ring road.

I bought mine at home pro very good quality, just dont buy the yellow painted ones, the black painted ones are better. Put it on the floor and step  on it to check the quality of the metal check how much it flexes most of them are a total waste of money.

BTW that's the usual way that small hardware shops or even "peddlers" sell their stuff.

Metal parts and handles separately.

You rarely see ready mounted forks/shovels etc. at their places.
