filmon tv free finished

Featured Replies

Filmon tv online free access in standard definition to all UK terrestrial channels has ended as of May 1st 2017. I noticed I was getting shut out after 2 mins of free viewing, emailed them and they replied within an hour to say they will no longer be offering the free service and only the paid service for -$15 a month.

Strange.

I have been watching Filmon TV since 3 pm today and no problems.

I just went there and on UKTV all the tabs are now "paid" and you can only watch for 2 minutes for free.

The barstewards i have been using it for 3 years, now you dont pay, you get 2 minutes.

Deleted freeview from all my viewing appliances.

It might be worth checking out iptvuk.club, it has most channels you could possibly need, most on catch-up, all for 4,100 baht a year. They offer a free trial.

Actually this service is no good. Cannot watch on Mac computer so cannot stream to a Tv using chrome cast, so it's not very versatile. Only for those with tv boxes!

Yes I have a STB, the service is actually very good, the guy that runs it says it will fit to Kodi too. I'm just finishing my trial period and will be definately subscribing. Sorry you don't have the capability to recieve it.

Since I really only used it for BBC world service , is there another simple way to get that feed on android ?

Filmon was used by so many streaming services it will leave a big hole  for getting "Free"  TV

the last start-up ad was 15 seconds for a game ,  so you kinda knew something was not right !

I also have this service after trying many others.

Last weekend was the first time in months that I was able to watch all the weekends football without any buffering or channel hopping.

There is also an Android App for it.

Same - 2mins only.

Tried setting up account, went ok with filling in details all accepted, even managed to change password BUT

when I finally got to main screen - it shows "Account suspended".

Sky News is just a load clips and ads, so maybe its back to Aljazeera or RT, good programs and probably

not much more biased than any other news channel.   Of course local English news is limited.

Good hunting to everyone for an alternative to Filmon.

I was p...ed off when i saw only 2 minutes, but now i have found an alternative.

Keep looking guys, seek and you will find.

Having an account doesn't change anything, I have a Filmon account and it isn't suspended, because accounts are free.

What you need is a subscription at $14.95/month.

yes noticed yesterday 2 mins pops off, click again and another 2 mins, bit of a pain clicking every 2 mins for 1 hour session.  guess will have to look around for something different.

Several argumentative posts have been removed from this thread.

What is with you guys?

You should be here to help each other, not cause trouble.

There is only 1 UKtvworldwide that exists, and it isn't free.

http://www.watchuktvworldwide.com/

If you mean UKTVnow, that isn't an alternative, since it is poor quality and more down than up.

Anybody wants to find the link for free UKtv, crossy posted it in february.

Seek and you will find.

Last time I tried this it was only compatable for windows?

uktv.webtv.to  won't run on Android.

Better bet is a VPN connection to the UK and the BBC iPlayer.
