Insurance

Featured Replies

A friend will be leaving their car with me in Bangkok while they return home for a few months, they are fine with me driving it as long as I get my own insurance.

I have a driving license already. If anyone can offer any advice or suggestions on insurance for a couple of months it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

If they have first class insurance you can drive it. Here the vehicle is covered...

Get a cover from Tesco's they do short term insurance so l'm told maybe some other insurance companies do the same.

I cancelled a 1 year policy which most of the insurance company do and they gave me a rebate for for the balance of the policy when i sold the vehicle, standard practice with most insurance policies

So you can insure with anyone but check their rebate policy first
