Good store for TV repair/parts

Featured Replies

I went around Tuk  com looking for a cable that matched an old type in my apartment with no luck. Posting about it online I found that a good store that focuses on TVs will likely have it though. Anyone know such a place in Pattaya?

Amorn in the TukCom basement has most things like that.

That was the place I looked around in the most, but nope, didn't have the (old-rare) cable I needed. I think I need to find a dedicated TV store.

what cable do you need ?    post a picture if you don't know what its called.... I have quite a selection of old cables

(  slightly more useful  than old rope ) might just have what you need.

I think it was an old N type like connector.

I doubt you will find them around in shops.

Yes hard to find but maybe one of the two electrical components shops on Theprasit road will have some ...they are on the north side

between the petrol station and the Aksorn school

Also try the Tukcom floor at the new Harbor mall.

Yes its a strange one. I need one that fits these ends:

They look like normal everyday composite AV connectors

to me.

Yes, looks entirely standard to me also. Every shop should have these, including the big supermarkets.

Yes, Amorn Pattaya Tukcom is the pits. Their staff are muppets. Amorn Sriracha rocks.

Standard UK/Euro style UHF coaxial cable connector. Can be had at pretty much any hardware shop including Santi opposite Foodland on Klang and the big Hardware House on Sukhumvit down towards the marina.
