It could be best described as a cruiser style or maybe retro looking MSX125 with MSX sized wheels , but it was not a motard style like the MSX. It was not a cafe racer conversion of an MSX either and smaller than a Suzuki...whatever they are called.

 

Anyone seen anything similar? I don't want one but it did look different.

Nah. That looks too big. This was the same pysical size as a MSX.

Probably an NKT Go 125.

What you have seen was very likely a GPX Country 125, I'm not sure if they still sell them... I not been to there office/showroom or any dealer for some time.
