liposuction...where best to get it ?

im thinking of getting liposuction ,   i need some advice on the following please...

 

1.  where to get it 

2.  what is best most effective procedure 

3.  cheapest clinic,  im really on a budget of sorts and dont want pay hi emd top of range hospital.

4. im not overly fat but have a beer gut with flanks/handles which i hate.

Do NOT get this done at a clinic!  Very unsafe. People have died in Thailand from lipo performed in clinics. Should only be done  in  a hospital with proper anesthesiologists

 

There are many private  hospitals in Bangkok which are not top of the price range. In fact the clinic price you quote is higher than many hospitals.

Assuming you're not a shill for KTOP Clinic....

 

I wouldn't recommend that you have lipo for your beer gut and love handles.

 

Why?

 

Because if you reduce your fat in these areas quickly (which is what lipo will do), you will be left with sagging folds of skin, which will require surgery if you want them removed, which will then leave you with scars.

 

Lipo is a quick fix to reduce fat, but it can't remove the resulting, sagging skin.

 

IMHO, if you don't like your beer gut and love handles, then you'll hate your sagging skin folds.

 

There is only one way to reduce your beer gut and love handles AND not have sagging skin folds.  That's to diet and exercise and slowly reduce your fat, which gives time for your skin to slowly shrink, due to its elasticity.

 

I know this all from my own experience.  Take 12 months to slowly reduce your fat levels and you'll be much happier with the result.

 

Oh, and it's free as well.

thankyou i have mailed them,  can you explain...why is a clinic more dangerous to have surgery,  vaser lipo is not dangerous ?  or is it.  need a bit more understanding.....wifey has had 3 ops using clinics without incident.

well said.  Even after lipo, if you dont change your diet it will just come back, more than ever.  Albeit that it coming back would solve the sagging skin issue!!

Potential risks include:

 

inadvertant puncture of the abdominal cavity and/or one of the abdominal organs (with resulting shock, possible peritonitis - rare with an experienced competent surgeon but not impossible)
