Selling bike and paypal

Featured Replies

Selling the bike and asked by the buyer that they want to use paypal Thailand.

Want me to set up account.

Sounds a bit iffy and probably cost you too.

How you know the dosh is there, before letting the bike go.

Anyone done this.

I wouldn't do it either.

If the buyer is in Thailand, he should have a bank account. Much easier and no (or minimal) fees.

Thanks for your replies, asked paypal but just got Q & A reply.

Can't believe the guy after posting here, got the sting and asked if I could pay the shipping costs to an address in China of which he will add to my asking price.

Send 23,000 baht out of my own pocket and the agent will collect the motorbike.

Surely there are not people that would fall for this.

Yes paypal are scammers. Avoid at all costs..........................................................................(yes i know its about a bike sale.)

I use paypal. If you dont break terms its quite good.
