Danish man in Hua Hin found dead in his apartment

Featured Replies

My apologies if that's posted somewhere, but I thought it might help to post a few words here on this forum.

It was in the Thai news at midnight 7th to 8th November that a Danish man around 60 years old was found dead in his apartment in Hua Hin.

The reporter mentioned that he gave private English lessons and the cause of his death wasn't clear at the time of the report.

Perhaps somebody in Hua Hin knows this man. RIP.

Without sounding coarse HH must be the farang death capital of Thailand, not a week goes by without someone dying

A lot of that is of course down to the age range of a lot of the expats here

Nope, I believe that honour belongs to Pattaya or Chiang Mai, both with huge expat communities.

Well if was indeed teaching English...it may well have been suicide
