Thai netizens praised a part time waitress for her wonderful attitude after she helped a blind couple at a pork BBQ restaurant.

Nong June - or Wanwisa Tanpeuk, 19, a first year student at Pathum Thani University of Technology - told Daily News that she had seen the man and wife hesitating outside the BBQ Plaza store at Lotus.

She invited them in realizing that the man was totally blind and the woman was only able to see just a little.

A friend read the menu and took the order then she checked with the manager that it would be alright to do the cooking for them and he heartily agreed with this kind suggestion.

A diner on the next table started filming and the act of kindness ended up on the Facebook page of "Koki TurTle".

The poster said: "It is great that there are still good people in society. She stood there helping the couple throughout their meal".

The actions of humble Nong June were praised across social media. She is a part time waitress at the store.

Well done to the young lady, i hope that she goes far in life if this is her normal helpful attitude. Despite the negative press that comes out of Thailand, there are still good people in the country.

Well done Nong June, what a lovely gesture, proves there are many good/ helpful young people around.

May your life be full of kindness, hope you go far.

Well done young lady.

She will have a good future I'm sure

What a lovely young Lady.  I wish you every success in your future life, as I am sure the couple you helped at the Restuarant feel the same due to your very considerate act of kindless.

Well done that young lady.

And also a big well done and thank you to her manager for allowing her the time to spend with these people

This is the face of Thailand that is not reported so often, but still exists.

Indeed,.... such a lovely young lady with a big heart....... We need more of that in the land of smiles

Well done Nong June.

A caring young lady, and a credit to your family.

"What a wonderful world" . When it wants to be!  What a wonderful wonderful lady. I hope her future is happy and wealthy. Karma be with you! God I wish there were more like that in this world.

This is what is great about this country.

It is why I fell in love with the LOS.

these kind actions should be what the news is about.  What a great job to the parents on raising her.

Why can't more people in the west act like this.  Instead they treat people that have disabilities like they have the plague.

I hope she gets everything she wants and dreams of in life.

Yup, Thai people can be so lovely, warm & kind. Coupled with the genuine smile, it fills your heart.

All this praise for this? Fairly minor stuff. Some people spend decades helping out the disabled.

Yes Justfine they do. But this is about a waitress who went that 'extra mile' to show compassion.

Good grief.  The expression "You'd complain if they hanged you with a new rope" seems to fit.  Can even a little act of kindness not go unpunished?

How much time do you spend helping the disabled in Thailand or anywhere else for that matter?

No swear words and inappropriate language.

A young lady does something good helping disabled people and you mock her, disgusting.
