then sin sod is also illegal, cant wait to see police busting marriages

Simply foolish, IMO.
Would you get married just to have sex when all you have to do is stroll along Walking street?
Don't know if you are being hugely facetious, or like so many have zero understanding of what sin sod is.

What do you do with a used condom when consenting adults were having a party? Who was the lucky officer to have to collect these tip bits of evidence for a case where there has been no law broken?

Sometimes Thailand is just too much BS. With all the violent crime in Pattaya you would think they might have more important things to do. Ridiculous action and an embarrassment for the BIB. Officer in charge should exiled.

A group of like minded people have got together for an exotic evening. I am interested to know what laws they were actually breaking.

Maybe they were playing strip poker without a licence???

Please do not be silly, people,
Sex drugs are NOT legal without a scrip.

firstly i think its only selling them without prescription that is illegal,

at least that is how it usually works with other chemicals.

secondly what makes you think they didnt have prescription ?

Orgies and hookers in Pattaya, whoda thought it. Guess they didnt ask the TAT beforehand if it was ok to bust some touirsts who basically go to Pattaya and come to Thailand for this very reason. Oh yeah, prostitution in Thailand is illegal, go figure.

"Oh yeah, prostitution in Thailand is illegal, go figure".

Sort of fits in a bit with the raid, don't you think?

It does not matter what you "think".
The fact is that they are a prescription drug and it is technically illegal to have in your possession without a scrip.
People in prison because they "thought" things are okay that many get away with day to day.

Yep its gone, had a look too. Could be one of those "defamation" things ...or the TAT has blocked it to keep the buffalo tourist numbers up.

It's not gone

errr, no, the facts are for most drugs, its not illegal to possess them,

only to sell them, and i suspect viagra is one of those.

secondly, did it ever occur to you that they might have prescription ?

If they're sitting in a bowl in a public venue, or being shared among people who aren't pharmacists,  they're being distributed without a license.  If they're included in the 1500 baht entry fee, they're being sold illegally.  One more time, try it in Denver, London or Singapore and let us know how your legal theory works out.

I guess the good news is all the potential instructors couldn't attend having been previously arrested.

One point.---How can you own / run a hotel with no valid licence ??  Local planning/ alcohol licence/ local tax to pay, was no one aware of this.??   or were the government officers not paid last month their brown envelope ??  Maybe the building was not on the map.  Was never constructed  ??  A Chinese man,   look at the thousands of these places operating by Thai nationals nationwide

Ok to clarify the reports one  " Groom"  killed his fiance' and her father as she would not have sex with him or return the sin sod. In the other case a guy who  had 3 kids with his Thai wife admitted to strangling and beating his wife who would not have sex with him. I don't get "that" frustrated if I don't get sex.

Yeah. What I remembered too. Second incident, very tragic,, but after three kids the sin sod is no longer relevant.
Like you, if no sex was that big a problem I would long since have been out of circulation, one way or the other.
The pros or a mia noi are the alternatives, if Rosy Palm does not suffice,
