I would have felt more comfortable had the report stated the Porsche driver had been tested negative for alcohol. That car has good brakes and usually you rear end someone you are to blame. Indeterminate from what we see here, just hope it isn't another hi-so racing around killing at will.

The reporter knew more about the model of the porsche that the facts of the article...

Condition of the driver (Alcohol issue)
 

The bike looks more like it was run over than a high speed impact...
Plastic is not smashed to peices and still connected to the framework
Bike just looks bent and not hit by a vehicle at high speed

it really should be "woman riding pillion on a motorcycle"  or "woman driving a motorcycle" ,  riding a bike sounds like   a bicycle
