Can't find it.....:shock1:

I am getting it through the site that takes all UK TV, usually has it before the others.

They will open up for you if you request to join--- I think its a worth while site because you can access TV series going back to the 70s if you want.

I went through my last lot of invites--but if you all have no luck I will as for another issue.

give it a try

That doesn't surprise me.

Hope he had a good time doing it.

He didn’t wander far from the infamous Rohampton Council Estate. I met my first wife there!!! OMG! Those nights in the Kings Head!!

Not a particularly good interview, he does come across as not being the sharpest kind of person.

I wonder if they'll ever be a documentary about Sion Jenkins, who was prosecuted unsuccessfully for the alleged murder of Billie -Jo, his step daughter.

He wrote a book about his experiences, & I believe, although I could be wrong, that he was somehow involved in her demise.

The Jeremy Bamber case would make a good documentary too, but for now he's still banged up.

Plenty to watch on the latter link keeping us on topic.

Today marks the 30th anniversary of the murder of two Corporals in Belfast...

Quote

The Funeral Murders
9pm, BBC Two

With politicians dangerously cavalier about the Good Friday agreement, this Vanessa Engle film is a grim reminder of everything we imagined we had left behind. In 1988, loyalist Michael Stone attacked the funeral of three IRA members. At the funeral of Kevin Brady – who was killed in the pursuit of Stone – two British soldiers were dragged from their car, beaten and shot dead. Engle hears testimony from all sides and discovers that, while the shooting is over, the battle of competing narratives rages on – the entrenched rhetoric echoes the tit-for-tat horror of the era. Phil Harrison

There is a new show premiering today on Showtime, "Ray Donovan", starring Liev Schrieber, Jon Voight, Elliot Gould, Steven Bauer.

Based on the first episode it looks like it could be fantastic - I loved it. Modern, yet noirish, looks to be based loosely on famous Hollywood fixers like Eddie Mannix, the guy who killed Superman.

I just finished series 5 but was lost cost I couldn't remember or missed S4

I'll not give my review but both my teenage daughter and I enjoyed it. Thought it went a little light on "radical Islam" but gave a perspective many westerners don't appreciate.

Really stuck for a good (recentish) movie if anyone has any suggestions? No romcoms please....

The Outsider on Netflix was ok/good ish.

I watched bad santa 2 with the Mrs on Sunday night. Was pretty good (netflix)

I'm struggling big time for content since I found out my Samsung 4.2.4.2.2 OS is no longer compatible with terrarium. I have an ipad 1 which just about let's me watch my films on iTunes.  I have an S3 surface but I'm not using that for tv stuff.

Netflix is pretty whack at the moment.

Finally got around to watching Call Me By Your Name.

Although it has gay content, I don't really consider it a gay movie per se. The theme is much more universal.

If you watch that and don't feel something, call a doctor to check your pulse.

BTW, apparently there will be a sequel but I find that a little hard to believe.

The death of Stalin is both usefully informative for those ignorant of the realities of Communism and history but an amusing movie redolent with dark humour.

The Ruth Ellis files: A very British crime story is an excellent 3 part documentary from the beeb taking a new look at the last British female to hang in 1955.

Face to face from the beeb archives is also pretty good. The two episodes watched so far inc an interview with a 20 year old Adam Faith in 1960 and a 32 year old Dr Martin Luther King Jr in or around 1961.

All the money in the world

Got good ratings both on imdb and RT.

Looks like a decent film. 1080p version out

The story of the kidnapping of 16-year-old John Paul Getty III and the desperate attempt by his devoted mother to convince his billionaire grandfather Jean Paul Getty to pay the ransom.

I enjoyed this one.

A black comedy that is quite touching as well.

Summary: Statistics show that during their career every railroad engineer working unintentionally kills 15 to 20 people. This is a story about the innocent mass murderers and their lives.

Always handy to know where it's available.
