Sicario 2.

I loved the first one.  Benicio I think is always good.

This one was just ok.  Pretty much all the action you can see in the trailer.

I was a little disappointed, but still worth a watch I think.

I might be getting soft.

Enjoyed 'Finding My Feet'....a brit dram-rom-com with some fairly well known faces.

About some bird whose husband dumps her and how she copes.

Not realistic, in the UK it's always the guy that has to move out.

Conviction: Murder in Suburbia.

Great Will27...I had missed it last month......the last one Murder at the station was riveting, its great that there are people out there that are willing to give up so much of their time to look into cases like this.

" The key evidence from the trial was that Linda's blood was found in the boot of the car her estranged husband was driving on that day. Experts hear how this blood wasn't found until the third police search of the vehicle. "

Amazing incompetence.....

I would've thought they give you a direct link so you can look at the summary/rating.

BTW, it's not compulsory to open it.

Sanctum-1.jpg

Sanctum (2011)

Though the South Pacific's Esa-ala Caves are some of the least-accessible on Earth, expert diver Frank McGuire (Richard Roxburgh) has explored them for months. On one such expedition, Frank is joined by his teenage son, Josh (Rhys Wakefield), and financier Carl Hurley (Ioan Gruffudd). When a flash flood cuts off their exit, they are caught in a life-or-death situation. With supplies dwindling, the divers must navigate a treacherous labyrinth to find a new escape route or die in the process.

A thousand minutes of documentary film making at it's finest.

There were some amazing photo sites that came out of that war----one site was called rare images from the winning side.....only black & white....one that always stuck in my mind was the hospitals they set up in the field ---everyone standing knee deep in water with just a mosquito net for protection  https://mashable.com/2016/02/05/another-vietnam-photography/#3oaKHQptjGqn

There's an older one well worth watching re the Russell murders if you can find it-Micheal Stone & Levi Belfield are the persons of interest if you need to search.

I did enjoy this. I also realized how old I am remembering the young Judy Davis [My Brilliant Career: Passage to India]; Colin Friels [Malcolm, Water Rats]; Ernie Dingo [Great Outdoors]; Tasma Walton [Blue Heelers]; John Waters [Play School]. etc.

Aussie movie "Sweet Country" is worth watching, too.

Olympic Dreams of Russian Gold - Over the Limit

'You're not a human being, you're an athlete,' 20-year-old Rita is told by one of her two merciless coaches as she prepares to represent Russia in rhythmic gymnastics at the Olympics. It is the most crucial year of her career and her last chance to achieve her ultimate dream, a gold medal. However gracefully Rita catches rings or rolls a ball across her shoulders, her coaches expect more from her, time and again. Described as the 'Black Swan' of sports documentaries, Over the Limit offers unprecedented access to the hidden world of elite gymnasts and the unrelentingly brutal training demanded by the Russian system.

I am watching The Travelers Season 2, 12 episodes so far. There will also be a season 3 in a few months.

Yes, I quite like this show. I’m nearly mid-way through season 2. I’m also enjoying ‘Fauda’ season 2 - both on Netflix.

Recently I also enjoyed ‘Spotless’ about the crime scene cleaners that get involved with some London gangsters - also on Netflix but only one season since 2015/6, I think.

El Desconocido AKA El Cholo

I didn't mind this one.
Five episodes with subs.

Summary: Inspired by true events, "El Desconocido" is the fictional story of "El Cholo" Adrián, right-hand man
to the infamous drug lord, "El Chato" Guzman, who heads Mexico's most powerful drug cartel. This action-packed
drama tells the story of El Cholo, who was born into a drug trafficking family in a small town in Sinaloa and is the
son of the legendary narco, El Cobra. The series follows El Cholo's rise to power within the cartel, his blossoming
friendship with El Chato, his tragic love story, and his ultimate capture alongside El Chato.
